Services

A&F Automation provides service-based work. Services may vary depending on the client's needs, project scope, business tools, timeline, and agreed-upon deliverables.

Services may include workflow automation, CRM setup and cleanup, Airtable or spreadsheet organization, Make.com or other automation scenario support, content organization systems, social media workflow support, client intake systems, email or follow-up process support, business operations support, custom system setup, and consulting or strategy related to automation and business processes.

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, and project expectations will be discussed before work begins. Some projects may require a written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

No Guaranteed Results

A&F Automation works to provide useful, thoughtful, and practical support. However, we do not guarantee specific business results.

We cannot guarantee that a workflow, system, CRM, automation, marketing process, content system, or business setup will produce a certain amount of revenue, leads, sales, engagement, growth, visibility, time savings, or performance.

Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your business model, tools, data quality, client follow-through, platform changes, customer behavior, market conditions, and how the system is used after it is built.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, content, files, instructions, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the work.

This may include login access, platform permissions, CRM information, spreadsheets, forms, branding details, social media assets, customer lists, business rules, or other project materials.

Clients are responsible for reviewing work, testing systems, approving content, and making sure the final setup meets their business needs before relying on it fully.

A&F Automation is not responsible for delays, errors, missed deadlines, incomplete work, or system limitations caused by missing information, incorrect information, delayed feedback, lack of access, platform issues, or changes made by the client or another third party.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

A&F Automation may work with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, automation tools, website builders, email tools, social media platforms, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, forms, project management systems, and other software.

These tools are owned and controlled by third parties. A&F Automation does not control their pricing, features, availability, security, updates, downtime, policies, or performance.

Clients are responsible for paying for any third-party tools, subscriptions, software, accounts, plugins, or platform fees needed for their project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A&F Automation is not responsible for problems caused by third-party platforms, including outages, lost data, account restrictions, policy changes, broken integrations, deleted features, billing changes, or platform errors.

Access to Client Accounts

Some services may require temporary access to client accounts, systems, software, files, or platforms.

Clients are responsible for granting the correct access and removing access when the project or service relationship ends.

A&F Automation will use client access only for the purpose of completing the agreed work. Clients should avoid sharing passwords directly when safer options are available, such as user permissions, team access, password managers, or limited-access roles.

Payments and Invoices

Payment terms will be provided through an invoice, proposal, written agreement, or other project communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice.

A&F Automation may pause or stop work if payment is late, incomplete, disputed without reason, or not received by the due date.

Late payments may delay timelines, launches, updates, support, or delivery of final work

.

Deposits and Project Start

Some projects may require a deposit or upfront payment before work begins.

A project is not considered active until the required payment, information, access, and project details have been received.

If a client delays providing needed information, files, approvals, or access, the project timeline may be extended.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.

If work has already started, the client is responsible for paying for completed work, time spent, planning, setup, consulting, research, strategy, administrative work, and any agreed-upon fees.

A&F Automation may also end a project or service relationship if the client fails to pay, does not provide needed information, misuses the service, behaves abusively, requests unlawful work, or otherwise makes the working relationship unreasonable or unsafe.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Because A&F Automation provides service-based work, payments may cover time, planning, research, setup, communication, consulting, system building, and custom work that cannot be returned once completed.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund is at the sole discretion of A&F Automation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Revisions and Changes

Project revisions, edits, or changes may be included only if agreed upon before work begins.

Requests outside the original scope may require additional payment and may extend the project timeline.

A&F Automation will make reasonable efforts to clarify what is included before work begins, but clients are responsible for reviewing proposals, invoices, messages, and project details carefully.

Scope of Work

The scope of work is the specific work A&F Automation agrees to complete for a client.

Anything not clearly included in the agreed scope may be considered additional work.

Additional work may include extra pages, extra workflows, new automations, extra platforms, major changes, additional meetings, added features, new content, new revisions, emergency support, or work requested after approval.

Client Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use any content, images, videos, logos, brand assets, customer lists, email lists, copy, documents, data, or other materials they provide to A&F Automation.

A&F Automation is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, advertising, or legal issues caused by client-provided materials.

Clients agree not to provide materials that are unlawful, stolen, misleading, harmful, or that violate another person's rights.

Ownership of Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the final custom materials, documents, workflows, content, or systems created specifically for them after full payment has been received.

A&F Automation may retain ownership of its general methods, templates, processes, internal tools, strategies, frameworks, automations, knowledge, reusable systems, and know-how used to provide services.

A&F Automation may reuse general ideas, structures, processes, templates, and experience gained from client work, as long as confidential client information is not shared.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, claim, modify, or use website content as your own without written permission.

You may view and share the website for normal personal or business review purposes.

Confidentiality

A&F Automation understands that clients may share private business information during a project.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep client information confidential and use it only for the purpose of providing services.

Confidential information may include business processes, customer lists, internal systems, login access, marketing plans, files, operations, financial details, or other private business information.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently known, legally required to be shared, or approved by the client for sharing.

Privacy

Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how visitors or clients may contact A&F Automation about privacy-related questions.

Testimonials and Portfolio Use

A&F Automation may ask clients for permission to share testimonials, project examples, screenshots, results, or general descriptions of work completed.

We will not knowingly share confidential client information without permission.

If a client does not want their business name, project, testimonial, or work example shared publicly, they should notify A&F Automation in writing.

Communication

A&F Automation may communicate with clients by email, phone, video call, project management tool, messaging platform, or another agreed method.

Clients are responsible for checking communication and responding in a timely manner.

Delays in communication may delay the project.

Timelines

A&F Automation will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, timelines are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Timelines may change because of delayed client feedback, missing materials, third-party platform issues, technical problems, changes in scope, payment delays, emergencies, or other factors outside of A&F Automation's control.

Disputes and Concerns

If a client has a complaint, concern, or disagreement about a project, invoice, service, timeline, or deliverable, the first step is to email A&F Automation directly at info@afautomation.tech.

Clients should explain the issue in writing and give A&F Automation a fair chance to review the concern and work toward a reasonable solution before taking any formal action.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.

A&F Automation makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is always complete, updated, or error-free.

Service descriptions, pricing, availability, and offerings may change at any time.

No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

Information provided by A&F Automation is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional compliance advice.

Clients are responsible for consulting the appropriate professional if they need legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or compliance guidance.

A&F Automation may help organize systems and workflows, but clients remain responsible for making sure their business follows any laws, regulations, platform rules, industry standards, or internal policies that apply to them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, A&F Automation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed opportunities, business interruption, platform errors, automation failures, third-party tool issues, account restrictions, or problems caused by client misuse or lack of review.

A&F Automation's total liability for any claim related to services or website use will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service related to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to hold A&F Automation harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses that result from your use of the website, your misuse of services, your violation of these terms, your violation of another person's rights, or materials and information you provide to A&F Automation.

Platform Rules and Compliance

Clients are responsible for following the rules, policies, and terms of any platforms used in their business.

This includes social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, automation tools, website platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, and any other third-party services.

A&F Automation is not responsible if a client's account is flagged, restricted, suspended, removed, or penalized by a third-party platform.

Errors, Bugs, and System Testing

Automation and system work can involve technical limitations, platform changes, data issues, or unexpected errors.

A&F Automation will make reasonable efforts to build and test systems before delivery, but clients are responsible for reviewing, testing, and monitoring systems after they are handed over.

Clients should not rely on any automation, CRM, workflow, or system without first reviewing it and confirming that it works properly for their business.

Security

A&F Automation takes reasonable steps to protect information and access shared during a project.

However, no website, software, platform, email system, or automation tool can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, protecting their own accounts, using proper permissions, and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Termination of Website Access or Services

A&F Automation may restrict access to the website, refuse service, pause work, or end a client relationship if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

This may include misuse of the website, nonpayment, abusive communication, illegal requests, dishonest behavior, or actions that create risk for A&F Automation, its clients, or third-party platforms.

Changes to These Terms

A&F Automation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which A&F Automation is registered or primarily conducts business at the time of the agreement. As A&F Automation operates as a mobile and remote business, the applicable state may vary and will be determined based on the business's current registration and operational status.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.

To learn more about this, check out our article “Creating a Terms and Conditions Policy”.
