Hi, I'm Nicole

When I started my first business, I wore every hat imaginable: marketing, design, customer service, shipping, you name it. Like most small business owners, I was constantly trying to keep up and felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day. I knew there had to be a better way to stay organized and consistent without burning out.

So I taught myself how to automate the parts of my business that were stealing my time, posting to social media, managing spreadsheets, automating admin tasks, tracking orders, and keeping customers in the loop. Once I built simple workflow automation systems and digital workflows that worked, everything changed. I could focus on growth instead of playing catch-up.

That experience became the foundation for A&F Automation. Now, I help other small business owners do the same, create structure, save time, and finally feel in control again. You don’t need a big team or expensive tools to stay consistent. You just need small business automation that works for you, not against you.
